ABOUT THE FACULTY

The Faculty of Biotechnology and Chemical Technologies is a modern academic unit that provides professional and scientific training for specialists in the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, and technological processes.

Today, biotechnology and chemical technologies underpin key sectors that directly affect quality of life and the sustainable development of society. The Faculty trains specialists for biotechnological and chemical industries, laboratory diagnostics, environmental protection, and related fields. Education is practice-oriented and focused on a deep understanding of how scientific knowledge is transformed into real technological solutions.

The educational process at the Faculty is delivered by a highly qualified academic staff that includes professors, associate professors, Doctors of Science, Candidates of Science, as well as experienced lecturers and industry practitioners.

Faculty members support students at all stages of their education, ensuring high-quality implementation of educational programs, the transfer of fundamental and applied knowledge, and the development of professional competencies.

The Faculty offers educational programs at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral levels in the fields of biotechnology and chemical technologies. The programs are designed in accordance with current industry requirements and are aimed at preparing specialists for professional work in laboratory and industrial environments, as well as for research and academic careers.
